Do not type 2,000 people into this page. Download the spreadsheet, one row per person who already opted in, then attach that file to the email this form opens.

Columns: first name, last name, phone, how they opted in, date. A membership roster with no opt-in column is not enough. We will not import numbers that never agreed to texts.

I will attach the filled spreadsheet (names and phone numbers) to the email before I send it. We already have permission to text these people. A membership roster or customer list is not opt-in by itself.
