What this site collects

This is a static site. It does not require an account, does not set tracking cookies, and does not run advertising or analytics scripts that Aventus added. If you use the contact form, your device opens an email to admin@aventusmessagingsolutions.com with the organization name, what you text about, about how many opted-in members, your email, and your phone. That message lives in email, not in a database on this website.

If we work together

To set up a number Aventus will need information about your organization for US A2P 10DLC registration, and a list of people who already opted in. That list is yours. Aventus uses it to import opted-in members and to send a test. Aventus does not sell lists. Aventus does not use your members to advertise other work.

STOP, HELP, and consent

Member texting only works if people asked for it. A membership roster is not opt-in by itself. Recipients must be able to reply, text STOP, and text HELP. Aventus will not set up a system that hides those.

Hosting

If this site is served by Netlify or GitHub, those companies may log standard request data (IP address, browser, time) as part of running a website. Aventus does not sell that.
